Registration Process – Book Your Day Trip or Coastal Camping Experience

Whether you’re planning a group day tour, a family escape, or an overnight camping adventure, we’ve made the registration process simple and smooth.

🔹 Step 1: Express Your Interest

Fill out our Booking & Registration Form to let us know:

  • Your preferred date(s)

  • Number of people in your group or family

  • Type of package (Day Trip or Overnight Camping)

  • Special needs (dietary, children, elderly, etc.)

  • Contact details (name, phone, email)

  • Direct message on Facebook or WhatsApp

  • In-person request at our Lae booking contact

🔹 Step 2: Booking Review & Response

Once we receive your form:

  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  • We’ll check availability for your preferred date(s)

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or call with:

    • A quotation or group/family rate

    • Package details

    • Payment information

🔹 Step 3: Confirm Your Spot

To secure your booking:

  • Pay a 25% deposit (details provided upon confirmation)

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip

  • Once payment is received, we’ll send:

    • A final confirmation

    • A checklist of what to bring

    • Any travel logistics (if boat pickup or transfer is arranged)

🔹 Step 4: Prepare for Your Adventure

We’ll stay in contact leading up to your trip with:

  • Weather updates

  • Suggested items to bring (clothing, gear, personal items)

  • Emergency contact details and site manager information

📌 NOTE: Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend registering at least 7 days in advance for group tours and 14 days in advance for overnight camping experiences.
